Trial Tuesdays #1

While blog browsing last night, I came across Trial Tuesday’s on Sprouts n Squats and figured I have to give this a try! Hopefully it will inspire me to try plenty of new things! Since Jan lives in Australia, this post will be going up early for a majority of people who may decide to read it!

This past week, I was inspired to make a dish I had at a restaurant in Gettysburg over Memorial Day weekend…..pulled pork grilled cheese!

Here’s how I did it:

In a crock pot:

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 carton of beef broth
  • salt and pepper to season

let cook for 6hrs.

drain the broth and add a bottle of your favorite bbq sauce.

Do you have a sandwich maker?

If so, make a grill cheese on the sandwich maker with your favorite cheese and add pulled pork.

Don’t have a sandwich maker?

Make a traditional grill cheese on the stove but don’t put the two pieces of bread together. Once cooked, smash pulled pork between the bread.
